190. Pink Lady Cocktail. 1 white of a Fresh Egg, 2 teaspoonfuls of Grenadine, J Brandy, i Gin. Shake well, and strain into cocktail glass, 191. Pussyfoot Cocktail. I yolk of a Fresk Egg, i teaspoonful of Grenadine, juice of i Lemon, Juice of i Orange. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. 192. Ping-Pong Cocktail. 1 teaspoonful Lemon Juice, ^ Sloe Gin, J Crfeme Yvette. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Add cherry. (Recipefrom James G. Rennet, Brohen Heart Cafi, i6 South Broadway, St. Louis, Mo., 1903.) 193. Princeton Cocktail. 2 dashes of Orange Bitters, i teaspoonful of Port Wine, I glass of Old Tom Gin. Shake well and strain. Squeeze lemon peel on top.

Orange Juice, ^ Italian
Vermouth, f Brandy.
195. Port Wine Cocktail. I dash of Angostura, i dash of Orange Bitters, 2 dashes of Gurafao, i glass Port Wine. Stir well in mixing glass and strain into cocktail glass. 56
