WEDDING PUNCH
One-half pound of sugar. One-half pint of boiling water. Six grains of vanilla. One grain of ambergris. One pint of strong brandy.
One-halj pint of pineapple juice. One pint of lemon juice. One pint of lemon syrup. One bottle of claret or port wine.
Rub the vanilla and ambergris with the sugar in the brandy thoroughly; let it stand in a corked bottle for a few hours, shaking occasionally. Then add the lemon juice, pineapple juice and wine; filter through flannel and, lastly, add the syrup.

MEDFORD PUNCH
Use large bar glass
One pony glass of Jamaica rum. Two or three dashes of lemon juice. One slice of orange {cut in quarters').
One tablespoonful of pow dered white sugar dis solved in a little water. One and one-half glass of Medford rum.
Fill the tumbler with ice, shake well, and dress the top with sliced lime and berries in season. Serve with a straw. 42
