CHAMPAGNE PUNCH
One quart bottle of wine. One wineglass of raspberry One quarter pound of sugar. or strawberry syrup. One orange, sliced. Ornament with fruits in sea- The juice of a lemon. son, and serve in cham- Three slices of pineapple. pagne goblets. This can be made in any quantity by observing the propor tions of the ingredients as given above. Four bottles of wine make a gallon, and a gallon is generally sufficient for fifteen persons in a mixed party. For a good champagne punch,see Rocky Mountain Punch,No.43.
SHERRY PUNCH
Use large bar glass
Two wineglasses of sherry. Two or three slices of orange. One tablespoonful of sugar. Two or three slices oflemon. Fill tumbler with shaved ice,shake well,and ornament with berries in season. Sip through a straw.

Use large bar glass One and one-half tablespoons One slice of lemon. of sugar. Two or three slices of orange. Fill the tumbler with shaved ice, and then pour in your claret,shake well,and ornament with berries in season.Place 8
