ABSINTHE COCKTAIL UsQ a chilled glass Two dashes of Angostura Bitters. One portion of Absinthe. Shake well in shaker with well broken ice, strain

and serve cold in large cocktail glass.

BRIDGE COCKTAIL

Use a chilled glass

One part of orange juice with the juice of half

a lemon dissolved in one teaspoonful of sugar. One part of Old Tom Gin.

Shake well in shaker with well broken ice, strain

and serve cold in cocktail glass.

BRONX COCKTAIL Use a chilled glass Two thirds parts Gordon Gin.

One sixth part Italian Vermouth. One sixth part French Vermouth. A rind of one orange. Shake well in shaker with well broken ice, strain

and serve cold in cocktail glass.
