COLONIAL COCICTAIL
Use a chilled glass
Into a mediums sized glass one teaspoonful of
sugar.
A little sprig of mint. One slice of pineapple. One slice of orange. One slice of green lemon. Three dashes of Angustura Bitters. Fill well with chopped ice and add Italian
Vermouth to suit taste. Use Soda Spoon.
CLOVER CLUB COCKTAIL
Use a chilled glass
One portion Gordon Gin. The juice of half a lime. The white of one egg. One teaspoonful of shawberry syrup. Shake well in shaker with well broken ice, strain
and serve cold in large cocktail glass.
Sprinkled with dashes of peppermint.
