Fill glass with soda water. Stir with large teaspoon.

GIN COCKTAIL Use a chilled glass Same as above using Old Tom Gin instead of

Bacardi.

CREOLE COCKTAIL (Old Fashioned) Use a chilled glass In a cold, medium sized glass. One teaspoonful of sugar. The juice of half a lemon with its rind. Three drops Angostura Bitters. One Sprig of mint._ Two or three fingers of Bacardi. Two good sized pieces of ice. Fill glass with cold soda-water, and stir \rith long spoon.

DRY MARTINI Use a chilled glass

One part Gordon Gin. One part Vermouth Noilly-Prat. Stir in tumbler with two or three large pieces of ice until cold, but not waterry. Strain and serve in chilled cockttail glass.

EXTRA DRY MARTINI Use a chilled glass

2/3 Part Gordon Gin.

Part Vermouth Noilly Prat. Stir in tumbler with two or three large pieces of ice until cold, but not watery. Strain and serve in chilled cocktail glass. 39
