Use large bar glass
One tablespoonful of pulver- One wineglass of Old Tom ized white sugar. gin. Three dashes of lemon or Two or three small lumps of lime juice. ice. The white of one egg. Shake up thoroughly, strain into a medium bar glass, and fill it up with seltzer water. 119
