BISHOP
Use large soda glass
One teaspoonjul of paw- Two thin slices of lemon, dered white sugar dis- Two dashes of Jamaica rum. solved in one wineglass of Two or three small lumps of water. ice. Filx the glass with claret or red Burgundy,shake up well, and remove the ice before serving.
ENGLISH BISHOP
Stick an orange full of cloves, and roast it before a fire. When brown enough, cut it in quarters, and pour over it a quart of hot port wine,add sugar to the taste,let the mixture simmer for half an hour.
ARCHBISH OP
The same as Bishop, substituting claret for the port.
