Use small bar glass

One teaspoonjul of sugar. One teaspoonful of mixed One wineglass of Jamaica spices {allspice and rum. cloves). One piece of butter as large as half a chestnut.

Fill the tumbler with hot water.

This drink is made the same as the hot spiced rum,omitting the spices, and grating a little nutmeg on top.

Use large bar glass

One wineglass of Bourbon Two or three small lumps of- whiskey. ice. Fill up the glass with sweet cider.

RHINE WINE AND SELTZER WATER Use large bar glass

Fill large bar glass half full of Rhine wine,and fill balance with seltzer water. This is a German drink, and is not very likely to be called for at an American bar. 90
