1 part Old Tom Gin 1 part French Vermouth 1 dash Orange Bitters per cocktail 1 dash Absinthe per cocktail Squeeze a lemon peel on top and serve

with an olive.

DELMONICO

1 part Old Tom Gin 1 part French Vermouth 2 dashes Angostura Bitters per cocktail Sugar to taste Serve with a slice of orange and an olive.
