This is the same as the East India cockta il but a dash of Champagne is added before serving.

DE RIGUER

2 parts Scotch Whisky 1 part Honey 1 part Grapefruit ·Juice.

DEVIL

1 part Brandy 1 part green Creme de Menthe Serve with a pinch of red pepper on top.

DIABOLO

1 part Brandy 1 part French Vermouth

3 dashes Orange Curacao per cocktail 2 dashes Angostura Bitters per cocktail Squeeze a piece of lemon peel on top and

serve with a cherry or an olive.
