3 dashes Lemon Juice per cocktail 1 white of an Egg per cocktail Sugar to taste Cover the top lightly with Creme de Menthe.

DUNDEE

2 parts Keiller's Dundee Marmalade 1 part Italian Vermouth 4 parts Dry Gin 1 dash Orange Bitters per cocktail.

DUNLOP

2 parts Jamaica Rum 1 part Sherry 1 dash Angostura Bitters per cocktail.
