1 part French Vermouth 1 part Italian Vermouth 4 dashes Absinthe per cocktail Serve with a cherry.

FRENCH

This is the same as an Italian cocktail but French instead of Italian Vermouth is used.

FUTURITY

2 parts Sloe Gin 1 part Italian Vermouth 2 dashes Angostura Bitters per cocktail.

GAZETTE

2 parts Brandy 2 parts Italian Vermouth 1 part Lemon and Orange Juice 2 dashes Angostura Bitters per cocktail Sugar to taste Serve with a slice of lemon.
