GIN SOUR

3 parts Dry Gin 1 part Lemon Juice 1 part Cream Sugar to taste Ser ve with a cherry.

GLOOM RAISER

2 parts Dry Gin 1 part French Vermouth 2 clashes Absinthe per cocktail Grenadine to tast e Squeeze a piece of lemon peel on top.
