Lemon 1 spoon Shake well with ice, strain into cocktail glass and serve.
154 jiggers Sugar Syrup
Milk to taste Shake well with ice, strain into highball glass, grate nutmeg over and 154 jiggers Nutmeg
1 jigger Creme de Cocoa...54 iigger
1 dash Milk
Sugar Syrup to taste Shake well with ice, strain into highball glass, grate nutmeg over and 1 spoon Nutmeg
CAFE KIRSCHE Kirschwasser 54 jigger Anisette Sugar Syrup 2 spoons Hot Coffee
54 jigger 3 jiggers
Shake all well with ice, strain into goblet and serve.
CHAMPERELLE Curacoa (1) 54 jigger Anisette (2) 54 jigger Chartreuse (3) 54 jigger Cognac (4) 54 jigger Angostura few drops
Pour carefully, as numbered, into chilled pousse cafe glass, so that in gredients will not mix, and serve with cut straws and ice water chaser.
COPENHAGEN Tom & Jerry Batter...2 sp. Jamaica Rum 1 jigger Lemon Soda to fill Stir batter with a little soda and lump of ice in Tom and Jerry mug until smooth. Add rum, soda to fill and serve.
