WHISKY DAISY.

Use small l)ar glass. S Dashes Gomme Synip. The Juice of i/o Small Lemon. 1 Wineglass Bourbon or Rye Whisky. Fill glass I II full of shaved ice. Shake llinrnitghly, strain into a large cocktail glass, and fill up with Apolliitaris or Seltzer Water.

FIXES. In making fixes be careful to put the lemon skin in the glass.

Pour into a small tumbler 1 teaspoonful of sugar, 1 tea- spoonful of Water to dissolve tbe sugar,Juice of Lemon, K Liqueur Glass of Cherry Brandy, 1 Liqueur Glass of Brandy. Fill theglass withfme ice andstir slowly, then add a slice of lemon, and serve with a straw. U.se small bar glass. 1 Tablespoonful Sugar. Lemon. •/2 Wineglass Water. 1 Wineglass Gin. YwJi'll l! shaved ice. Stir with a spoon, and ornament the top with fruits in season.
