Juice of half a lemon One barspoonful of sugar One jigger Bacardi Rum Shake with cracked ice, strain into

fizz glass and fill with syphon.

BACARDI SILVER FIZZ. Juice of half a lemon One barspoonful of sugar One jigger Bacardi White of one egg Shake well with cracked ice, strain into fizz glass and fill with sparkling water.

GOLDEN FIZZ. Sa~e as above with the yolk instead

of the white of an egg.
