One-half glass of fine ice, one wine glass of brandy, one wine glass of rum, and half a glass of rich milk. Shake thoroughly, st~ain into a tall glass, dust with grated nutmeg and serve. BRANDY PUNCH In a large bar glass stir one-half tablespoon of sugar, a few drops of raspberry syrup, half a teaspoon of lemon juice and one-half glass of water. Fill the glass with shaved ice, pour over it one and a half wine glasses of brandy. Strain well and strain into another cold glass. PORT WINE PUNCH Stir well together, one-half tablespoon of sugar, one-half tablespoon of orange juice, half a teaspoon of lemon juice, and one-half wine glass of water. Fill a glass with shaved ice, and pour over it one and one-half wine glasses of port wine or the best available substitute. Garnish with fresh fruit and serve with a straw.
