1 part Lime Juice 2 dashes Orange Bitters per cocktail Sugar to taste.

COOPERSTOWN

This is the same as a Dry Martini cocktail but is shaken up with a few sprigs of fresh mint.

CORNWELL

2 parts Dry Gin I part Seville Orange Bitters Squeeze a piece of lemon peel on top and serve with an olive.

2 dashes Maraschino per cocktail 3 dashes Orange Bitters per cocktail
