% Glass of Absinthe. Yn Glass of Anissette. Serve with ice in a French Absinthe glass.

1 White of egg.

2/3 Part of absinthe. 1/3 Part of Noilly Prat Vermouth.

Shake with cracked ice and serve in a Champagne glass with Greme de Menthe in the bottom and a Cherry covering the Menthe. -^39—
