BRANDY AND SODA

Into a large glass pour one wine-glass of brandy and add a few small lumps of ice. Fill up the glass with plain soda water. This is sometimes called a Stone Wall. WHISKEY SouR Use a small bar glass. To a large teaspoonful of powdered sugar dissolved in a little seltzer water, add the juice of a small lemon. Pour in a wine-glass of Bourbon or Rye whiskey. Fill the glass full of shaved ice, shake up and strain into a claret glass. Ornament with berries before serving. Pour a small glass half full of Bourbon or Rye whis– key. Fill the glass with fresh milk. Drink without stirring. ORANGE GIN SPARKLE One and a half ounces of gin, three dashes of orange bitters, one dash Angostura bitters; twist piece of lemon II \VHITE PLUSH
