HERE'S HOW

SCOTCH COLLINS Lemon juice of one.. Powdered Sugar..! spoon Scotch Whisky....1 jigger

Fill shaker with fine ice. Shake well, strain into large, thin goblet and fill with one bottle club soda, stir with spoon.

SILVER FIZZ

Gin

1^2 jiggers Lemon

2 spoons white only

Sugar Syrup 2 spoons Egg

Seltzer to fill Shake well with ice, strain into goblet, fill with seltzer and serve immediately.

SLOE GIN FIZZ 2 jiggers Lemon 1 dash Seltzer

Sloe Gin Angostura

2 spoons

to fill Shake well with ice, strain into goblet, fill with seltzer and serve immediately.

ST. CROIX FIZZ 1% jiggers Bacardi

2 dashes

Lemon 2 spoons Sugar Syrup 2 spoons Seltzer .to fill Shake well with ice, strain into goblet, fill with seltzer and serve immediately.
