INDIVIDUAL PUNCHES COOLERS AND THIRST QUENCHERS
ARCHBISHOP PUNCH
Port
1 jigger Rum 1 jigger Lemon
1 dash 1 spoon
Water
Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Stir all, but rum, well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add cube of ice, decorate, dash rum over and serve with straws. ARRACK COOLER Arrack % jigger Rum % jigger Champagne 1 dash Lemon .. 1 spoon Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Seltzer to ffll Shake all, hut champagne, well with ice and strain into goblet. Add cube of ice, seltzer to fill, dash champagne over and serve with straws. Lemon 1 spoon Stir in highball glass with ice, add sections of sliced orange and serve with straws. BACARDI PUNCH, No. 2 Bacardi % jigger Cointreau 1 pony Lemon 1 spoon Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Plain Soda to fill Shake well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add cube of ice, soda to fill, decorate and serve with straws. BACARDI PUNCH 1 jigger Curacoa 1 pony Pineapple Bacardi Grenadine 1 pony 1 pony
