Vi jigger 2 drops

Lemon 1 spoon Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add sec tion of thin slice of orange and serve.

% jigger Orange Bitters ..2 dashes

Maraschino 3 dashes Angostura 2 drops Stir well with ice, strain into frosted cocktail glass and

serve.

BRANDY, OLD FASHIONED

Brandy 1 slice Orange Bitters...2 dashes Sugar Syrup %spoon 1 jigger Lemon Peel

Stir in small bar glass with ice, decorate with half slice lemon, two quarter slices orange, add Maraschino cherry and serve with spoon.

%jigger Fr. Vermouth....% jigger

Absinthe 2 dashes Orange Bitters....! dash Sugar Syrup 2 dashes Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel over and serve.

1 pony Gin

1 spoon 1 dash

It. Vermouth 1 spoon Anisette

Egg % of yolk Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.
