Gin ^ jigger It. Vermouth .. jigger Fr. Vermouth ...% jigger Orange Bitters ..2 dashes Orange Juice 1 spoon Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add pickled filbert and serve.

BRONX, PINEAPPLE

1 pony It. Vermouth....^/4 jigger

Pineapple %jigger Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.

BROOKLYN

1 pony Egg

% of white

It. Vermouth....% jigger Orange

2 dashes

Nutmeg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over and serve.

BRUT Fr. Vermouth... jigger Orange Bitters...2 dashes %jigger Angostura 3 drops Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel over and serve. BRUT, FRENCH Fr. Vermouth %jigger Amer Picon ...% jigger Peychaud 1 dash Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add half green olive and serve.
