Creme de Menthe .7 drops Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel over and serve with cut straws. ROCK & RYE Rye Whisky ....1 jigger Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Stir well in chilled whisky glass and serve with ice water chaser. ROYAL ABSINTHE Absinthe % jigger Marascliino jigger Anisette % jigger Stir well and drip through absinthe dripper into chilled highball glass. Add dripped water until full and serve with straws. ROYAL SMILE Applejack % jigger Gin % jigger Grenadine 1 spoon Lemon 1 spoon Cream 1 spoon Shake well with ice, strain into short highball glass and serve. RUM & CUM Rum 1 jigger Sugar Syrup 1 spoon Stir well in whisky glass and serve with ice water chaser. to taste Shake well with ice, strain into highball glass, grate nut meg over and serve.
