CLOVER CLUB, No. 2

Gin

1 pony Cream

1 spoon 1 spoon

Fr. Vermouth 1 spoon Lemon

Grenadine

1 spoon Egg

% of white

Nutmeg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over and serve. CLOVER CLUB, No. 3 Gin % jigger Crean\ %jigger Grenadine %jigger Nutmeg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over and serve.

CLOVER CLUB, No. 4

1 pony Fr. Vermouth....Vi jigger 1 spoon Raspberry Syrup..1 spoon

Lemon

Egg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over and serve. V2 of white Nutmeg

CLOVER LEAF

Gin

1 pony Fr. Vermouth....Vi jigger

Lemon

1 spoon Grenadine

1 spoon

Egg 1 sprig Bruise mint and shake all well with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, add 1 mint leaf and serve. % of white Mint

CLOVER ROYAL

Gin

1 pony Fr. Vermouth....Vi jigger

Grenadine

1 spoon Lemon V2 of yolk Nutmeg

1 spoon

Egg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over and serve.

CLUB

Brandy % jigger Orange Bitters...2 dashes Maraschino 2 dashes Pineapple Syrup.2 dashes Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add dash of champagne,twist lemon peel over and serve.
