3 dashes Peychaud's bitters 50% regular vermouth 50% applejack Fill glass with ice. Stir, strain, and serve.

STORY COCKTAIL

50% Boonekamp bitters 50% brandy Frappez, strain, and serve.

STRAWBERRY COCKTAIL

2 dashes orange bitters 25% strawberry syrup, or juice of 3 strawberries I dash maraschino 75% cognac Shake.

SUNSHINE COCKTAIL

Juice of ^ a lime 25% dry vermouth 75% g'" ,,

teaspoonful grenadine syrup White of an egg Frappez. Serve in a claret glass.

SWAN COCKTAIL

Juice of Yz an orange 100% absinthe Shake, strain, and serve.
