TROWBRIDGE COCKTAIL (In whisky glass)

I dash orange bitters 50% regular vermouth 50% dry gin Twist piece of orange peel and serve.

TUCKER COCKTAIL (Use whis\y glass,twist of lemon peelin glass)

I dash angostura bitters 25% dry vermouth 75% Bourbon whisky One piece of ice in glass. Stir and serve.

TULANE COCKTAIL

50% regular vermouth 50% gin 1 teaspoonful strawberry brandy Shake with fine ice. Strain and serve.

TURF COCKTAIL (Use mixing glass half full of ice)

2 dashes absinthe 2 dashes maraschino 2 dashes orange bitters I dash bitters 50% regular vermouth 50% dry gin Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, put in an olive, and serve.

TURF CLUB COCKTAIL

50% gin 50% regular vermouth Strain and serve.
