JACKS MANUAL

TURN COCKTAIL

4 dashes Boker's bitters 100% sloe gin Fill glass with cracked ice. Stir, strain, and serve.

TUSSETTO COCKTAIL

40% sherry wine 60% dry gin 2 dashes orange bitters Stir.

TUXEDO COCKTAIL (Use mixing glass half jull of ice")

I dash maraschino I dash absinthe 3 dashes angostura bitters 50% dry vermouth 50% gin Stir well, strain into cocktail glass, add a cherry, and serve.

TWO-SPOT COCKTAIL

50% French brandy 50% brown curagao Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Twist a piece of lemon peel on top.

U. C. COCKTAIL

50% dry vermouth 50% dry gin I dash absinthe Shake.
