VIRGIN COCKTAIL (Use mixing glass half full of ice)

3 dashes angostura bitters 2 dashes raspberry syrup 50% vermouth 50% gin Stir well, strain into cocktail glass, and serve.

WALDORF COCKTAIL

Juice of half a lemon or half a lime 50% gin 50% Swedish punch Shake well, and strain into cocktail glass.

WALDORF SPECIAL COCKTAIL

Juice of one lime 100% apricot brandy Shake thoroughly,and serve in cocktail glass.

WALDORF QUEEN COCKTAIL

2 slices pineapple mulled 50% dry gin 25% dry vermouth

25% regular vermouth Small piece of orange Frappez well. Strain into cocktail glass and serve.

WARD EIGHT COCKTAIL

I teaspoonful grenadine Juice of half an orange Juice of half a lemon 75% rye Shake well,and strain into cocktail glass.
