40% regular vermouth 60% gin I piece of pineapple Frappez.

YALE COCKTAIL

I dash orange bitters I dash absinthe 100% gin I lemon peel Shake.

YANKEE PRINCE COCKTAIL

I teaspoonful orange juice 25°/^ Grand Marnier 75% I filbert nut Frappez.

YORK COCKTAIL

100% regular vermouth Juice of half a lime in glass, drop peel in glass. Fill glass with cracked ice. Shake, strain, and serve.

ZAZA COCKTAIL

50% g'" 50% Dubonnet Fill glass with ice. Stir with spoon, strain, and serve.
