I pint o£ sparkling cider I pint of ginger ale 100% brandy

BURGUNDY CUP (Use large glass pitcher)

I pony brandy I pony brown curagao

I pony maraschino I quart burgundy I pint sparkling water I long cube of ice Stir well and decorate with:

I lemon sliced I orange sliced 5 or 6 pieces of pineapple Maraschino cherries and a small bunch of green mint on top.

CHAMPAGNE CUP

I quart champagne I pony of brandy I pony of Curasao I pony maraschino I sliced orange Place large piece of ice in punch-bowl I bottle of club soda or siphon Stir well together, add mint, and serve.

CIDER CUP

I quart cider I pony of brandy I pony of Curasao I pony of maraschino
