BRANDY DAISY

Juice of half a lemon Juice of half an orange Juice of half a lime 10% raspberry syrup

100% brandy I lump of ice Fill with fizz water and serve.

BYRRH WINE DAISY

Juice of % of an orange Juice o£ Yz a lemon 10% raspberry syrup 90% Byrrh wine Fill glass with broken ice. Shake and strain. Fill glass with fizz water.

CHOCOLATE DAISY

Juice of I lime 35% brandy 35% port 30% raspberry syrup Serve in goblet,with fine ice. Fruit.
