STRAWBERRY FIZZ

Juice of half a lemon I spoonful of sugar /4 dozen strawberries 100% gin , Shake, strain, and fizz with siphon.

TOM FIZZ Same as Gin Fizz, but substitute Tom gin for dry gin.

VIOLET FIZZ

Juice of half a lemon I teaspoonful of sugar 75% ^"7 gin 25% creme de violet Frappez,strain, and fizz with siphon.

WALDORF FIZZ (WITHOUT LIQUOr)

Juice of an orange Juice of a lemon I egg 100% Bourbon I teaspoonful of sugar Shake, strain, and fill glass with siphon.

WHISKY FIZZ

Juice of half a lemon I teaspoonful of sugar 100% rye or Bourbon whisky Shake, strain, and fill glass with fizz water.
