ST. CROIX FIZZ

I teaspoonful of sugar Juice of a lemon 100% of St. Croix rum Fill glass with broken ice. Shake and strain. Fill glass with fizz water and serve.

SCOTCH WHISKY FIZZ

Juice of a small lemon I teaspoonful sugar 100% Scotch whisky Shake, strain into glass, and fill with siphon.

SILVER FIZZ

Juice of one lemon I spoonful of sugar White of an egg 50% dry gin Fill glass with cracked ice, shake, strain, and fill with fizz water.

SLOE GIN FIZZ Same as Gin Fizz, but substitute sloe gin for dry gin.

SNOWBALL FIZZ

100% grapefruit juice 50% 50% Rhine wine 2 dashes orange-flower water I white of egg I teaspoonful of sugar Shake very well and strain.
