Juice of half a lemon Juice of half a lime Juice of half an orange White of an egg 25% raspberry syrup 75% sloe gin Fill glass with cracked ice. Shake well and strain.

BALTIMORE BRACER

50% anisette 50% brandy White of one egg Shake,and strain into glass. Fill with fizz water and serve.

BEEF TEA

Vt. teaspoonful of beef extract Fill glass with hot water.Season with celery salt. Stir well and

serve.

BEER SHANDY

BICARBONATE OF SODA

I teaspoonful of bicarbonate of soda /4 glass of water Stir well.

33^4% cherry brandy 33^% kirschwasser 33H% dry vermouth
