GIN AND CALAMUS {Use whis\y glass) Two or three small pieces of calamus root should be placed in a botde of gin until the essence has been extracted. To serve, hand out glass with the botde, and allow the cus tomer to help himself.
GIN AND MILK {Use whis\y glass) Hand out glass with spoon in it, and botde of gin. Allow cus tomer to help himself. Then fill glass with cold milk.
