PROMOTER

Juice of half a lemon Juice of half a lime I teaspoonful of sugar 100% sloe gin Fine ice I fresh egg Shake well, and strain. Fill glass with seltzer.

QUEEN CHARLOTTE (Use Collins glass)

25% raspberry syrup 75% . I lump of ice I pint lemon soda Stir well.

RANDOLPH

50% dry gin 40% dry vermouth 10% regular vermouth I tablespoonful pineapple syrup Fill mixing glass with cracked ice, stir, strain, and serve in cocktail glass.

RED SWIZZLE (Use a sha\er)

I teaspoonful angostura bitters 34 wineglassful of whisky 34 wineglassful of water Add syrup or other sweetening to taste. I wineglassful of shaved ice Shake very well and strain into a fancy cocktail glass.
