RUM AND HONEY OR MOLASSES Put a teaspoonful of honey or molasses into a whisky glass. Let customer help himself with rum.

SABBATH MORNING CALM

100% dry gin Fill glass with broken ice. Shake, strain, and serve.

ST. CROIX CRUSTA (Use mixing glass halffull ofice)

3 dashes of gum syrup 1 dash of Peychaud's hitters

2 dashes of lemon juice 1 dash of mineral water 2 dashes of maraschino 100% St. Croix rum Mix well, strain into stem glass, prepared as follows: Remove the peel from one lemon in one long string. Put into stem glass after moistening and dipping in sugar.

SAM WARD Peel Yi lemon in one string. Set in cocktail glass.

Fill with fine shaved ice. 100% yellow chartreuse Serve with straws.
