STONE FENCE

100% whisky 3lumps of ice Fill glass with cider. Stir well and serve.

STONEWALL

2 lumps of ice 100% brandy I botde of club soda Stir up well with spoon, remove the ice, and serve.

STONY LONESOME {Use highball glass)

100% cider brandy I slice of orange I lump of ice Fill glass with celery tonic, stir, and serve.

SUSIE TAYLOR

Juice of half a lime 100% Jamaica rum 1 pint ginger ale

SUISSESS

75% white absinthe 25% kirschwasser White of one egg Shake well in shaker; strain into Delmonico glass.

SUISETTE

Juice of half a lemon 2 dashes of absinthe I teaspoonful of sugar 40% regular vermouth 60% brandy Shake,strain into long glass, and fill with seltzer.
