HOT RUM PUNCH
I teaspoonful o£ sugar 100% Jamaica rum
Fill glass with hot water. Twist 2 pieces of lemon peel on top,and drop them into the glass. Add 2whole cloves. Stir with spoon, and serve.
IRISH WHISKY PUNCH
Juice of half a lemon I teaspoonful sugar 100% Irish whisky Shake and strain into a goblet with fine ice. Dress with fruit in season. V2 teaspoonful sugar Juice of one lemon 25% chartreuse 75% kirschwasser Mix well with spoon. . glass cracked ice Ornament with fruits in season and serve with straws. Juice of half a lime I teaspoonful sugar 100% rum Shake, and strain into goblet with fine ice. Dress with fruit and put I dash claret on top. KIRSCHWASSER PUNCH KNICKERBOCKER PUNCH
LORD BALTIMORE PUNCH
Juice of 2 limes 1 teaspoonful sugar 100% Scotch whisky 2 dashes benedictine Shake, and strain into goblet. Dress with fruit.
