ORCHARD PUNCH
I tablespoonful orchard syrup I tablespoonful pineapple syrup 100% California brandy Fill glass with ice, mix well, trim with fruits in season, add I dash of port wine, and serve with straws.
ORGEAT PUNCH {Use large bar glass half full of ice)
50% orgeat syrup 50% brandy 4 or 5 dashes lemon juice Stir well, fill up with ice, dash with port wine, trim with fruit,and serve.
PEACH BRANDY PUNCH
Juice of half a lemon 1 teaspoonful of sugar 100% peach brandy Shake,and strain into goblet filled with ice. Dress with fruit.
PONY PUNCH
Juice of 6 lemons Juice of half a pineapple I quart of Bourbon whisky I quart of green tea
pint Jamaica rum pint maraschino Mix well together, and serve in punch glass. Dress with fruit.
