PENDENNIS TODDY Crush half a lump of sugar with a litde water in an old- fashioned glass.

100% Bourbon I lump of ice

RUM TODDY Same as Peach Toddy, using 100% Jamaica rum instead of peach brandy.

SCOTCH TODDY Same as Peach Toddy, using Scotch whisky instead of beach brandy.
