APPLE TODDY I teaspoonful of sugar dissolved in hot water

r\ / 1_ 100% applejack 54 of a baked apple Fill glass two-thirds full of boiling water, stir, grate nutmeg on top,and serve.

BRANDY TODDY {IJse whis\y glass) I teaspoonful of sugar dissolved in a little water I small piece of ice Fill with brandy. GIN TODDY (Use whis\y glass) 54 teaspoonful of sugar, dissolved well in a litde water I or 2 lumps of broken ice 100% gin Stir well and serve.

HOT SCOTCH TODDY 54 teaspoonful of sugar. Dissolve with a little hot water 100% Scotch whisky Stir, and grate a little nutmeg on top.
