SOUTHERN SOUR

Juice of half a lemon I teaspoonful of sugar 100% St. Croix rum Shake and strain. Dress with fruit in season and float claret.

TOURAINE SOUR Same as Whisky Sour, with dash of benedictine.Float claret.

WHISKY SOUR

Yi teaspoonful of sugar Juice of a lemon 100% rye whisky Fill glass with ice. Shake well and strain in glass, and add one slice of orange.
