EMERSON COCKTAIL

Juice of half a lime 3 dashes maraschino 25% regular vermouth 50% Old Tom gin Shake.

EVANS COCKTAIL

I dash apricot brandy I dash curagao I dash bitters 100% rye whisky Fill glass with cracked ice. Stir well and strain.

EWING COCKTAIL

3 dashes angostura bitters 100% rye whisky Stir.

EXPRESS COCKTAIL

I dash orange bitters 50% regular vermouth 50% Scotch whisky Shake.

FAIRBANKS COCKTAIL

I dash lemon juice I dash grenadine 25% apricot 25% dry vermouth 50%

. . . Shake well, strain into cocktail glass, and serve with cherry.
