54 of an orange 2 dashes maraschino 25% regular vermouth 75% gin Frappez, strain into glass, and serve.
HAMILTON COCKTAIL
75% Dubonnet wine 25% Scotch whisky Fill glass with broken ice, stir, strain, and serve.
HART COCKTAIL
35% dry gin 35% Dubonnet wine 30% regular vermouth Serve.
HARVARD COCKTAIL (Use large glass)
2 dashes bitters 2 dashes orange curagao 50% vermouth 50% sherry Add ice, strain into cocktail glass, and serve with twisted lemon peel.
HARVESTER COCKTAIL
50% orange juice 50% dry gin Shake,strain, and serve.
HAVANA COCKTAIL
I dash lemon juice 40% gin
50% Swedish punch 10% apricot brandy Shake well, and strain into cocktail glass.
