OJEN COCKTAIL (AMERICAN STYLe)
50% Ojen absinthe 6 clashes Peychaud's bitters Fill glass with cracked ice; stir with a dash of carbonic,strain, and serve.
OLD-FASHIONED COCKTAILS {Use old-jashioned glass)
I dash angostura bitters I dash curagao piece of cut loaf sugar Dissolve in two spoonfuls of water.
100% liquor, as desired I piece of ice in glass
Crush sugar and bitters together, add lump of ice, and stir well. Decorate with '/z slice of orange, Vz slice of lemon, and X cherry. This cocktail can be made with brandy, gin, rum, rye, etc.
OLIVETTE COCKTAIL
3 dashes orange bitters 3 dashes absinthe I dash syrup I dash angostura bitters 50% g'" 50% dry vermouth Stir well and twist lemon peel on top.
OLYMPIC COCKTAIL
Juice of one orange 50% Curasao 50% brandy Shake well, and strain into cocktail glass.
