50% cura5ao 50% gin Yi glass ice Shake, strain, and serve.

PALMER COCKTAIL

I dash Picon bitters 100% rye whisky Fill glass with broken ice, stir, strain, and serve.

PALMETTO COCKTAIL (Mixing glass half full of ice)

3 dashes angostura bitters 50% Santa Cruz rum 50% regular vermouth Stir well, strain into cocktail glass, and serve.

PANAMA COCKTAIL

40% creme de cacao 20% sweet cream 40% brandy Shake well, and strain into cocktail glass.

PAN-AMERICAN COCKTAIL

I dash syrup I dash lemon juice 100% rye whisky Shake.

PARADISE COCKTAIL

40% gin 60% apricot brandy Shake.
